Webcast Registration Instructions

To register and view the webcast: (please pre-register)

1. Enter your name in the Name field
2. Enter your email address in the Email field. Make sure it is entered correctly!
3. Click the Next button
4. On the following page, click the Buy Now button to be transferred to the associated PayPal site
5. On the PayPal site, you can either login to PayPal if you have an account. Otherwise, click the Continue link at the bottom of the page to pay with a credit card.
6. Complete the information
7. For those who do not log into a PayPal account, and pay with a credit card, click Review Order and Continue
8. Click Pay Now
9. Click Return to ISH-A-TAH
10. On the following page, re-enter your email address in the Your Email field.
11. Click Send Password. This will send the password for the webcast to your email address. The page will redirect you to the new login page.
12. You will receive an email called: Your Ish - A - Tah webcast password from info@ish-a-tah.com

On Sunday, at 12:45 PM Mountain Time, go to
http://www.ish-a-tah.com/webcast/login.php  -- To find out what 12:45 MT (USA – Colorado – Denver) is in your time zone, go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

Instructions for Watching the Webcast

1. Enter your email address in the Email field
2. Enter the password that was emailed to you in the Password field
3. Click Login. The page will redirect you to the page where you can watch the webcast.
4. Click the white arrow to start the webcast. If we haven’t started transmitting the signal yet, you will see a black screen until we begin.

Additional Webcast Information

Note: If your webcast session freezes, or disconnects, please return to the viewing webpage and click Refresh in your browser.  If that fails, please close your browser and navigate to http://www.ish-a-tah.com/webcast/login.php to begin the session anew.

Also, if you have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, you may see some menu items on the home page that do not flow correctly.  We will have this problem fixed soon.

Note: Please limit your non-problem comments on instant messenger, as we will be focused on technical set up and preparation for the webcast.  Also, as this is still new to us, we might not be able to troubleshoot your technical issues.

We welcome your feedback about the webcast.  After the channeling please send an email to webcast@ish-a-tah.com stating what you liked or disliked, technical difficulties you experienced, and suggestions or improvements to make the webcast a better experience.  Constructive criticism is most welcome!  Also, please send this information to anyone who might like to see an AAHaniel channeling!
