If you would like to improve your communication skills with your Angels, this class is for you!
In this class you will be introduced to a meditation which relaxes, centers, and opens you for greater listening of your inner voice.
Since your Angels, as well as your Divine guidance, come through this perfect inner voice, your ability to listen allows for a much smoother life experience.
For many individuals the key to gaining greater ability in listening is to have a ‘still-mind’. Techniques to ‘still’ your mind will be given during the guided meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow. CD of the meditation is included in the class.
Pre-registration is required as the class size has some limitations.

Introduction to Meditation:
The information in this class is designed for the beginner in meditation. This class offers a brief history and benefits of meditation, and a step-by-step process for effective meditation. You will also learn correct posture and breathing techniques, as well as how to quiet the mind for a deeper experience. In the class you will be practicing these techniques. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a pillow for comfort.

As a result of ‘information-overload’ from too much stimulus in our world today, our brains can become ‘dull’ and lacking in creative spark. When we shift our brain waves from Beta to Alpha we open our creative genius. Life’s resolutions and clarity flow, and our understanding of ourselves deepens. In this class you will be introduced to a guided live meditation from AA Haniel which shifts your brain from Alpha to Theta through Angelic tones. A pre-recorded CD of the meditation is included for you to continue this process. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a pillow.

In our hectic lives is can be difficult to truly relax and de-stress. In this class you will be introduced to a guided live meditation by AA Haniel speaking Angelic tones to allow the brain to move from the active Alpha waves to the relaxing Theta waves. This brain waves shift allows you to de-stress, emotionally and physically heal, gain clarity, open psychic abilities, and more. A pre-recorded CD of the meditation is included for you to continue this process. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a pillow.

Deep and relaxing sleep is essential for our bodies to repair and rejuvenate. When we shift our brain from Theta to Delta we experience deep REM sleep. As a result we are productive and alert when we awake, and we are able to maintain a healthy body easier. This level of sleep is where we can awaken our ability for Lucid Dreaming for problem solving. This is also a live meditation with AA Haniel using Angelic tones to shift the brain from Theta to Delta waves. A CD of this meditation is included in the class.

2010 Awakening Light Body Class
Many of you have heard me speak of the Awakening Light Body course… and here it is, held at the beautiful Mt. Vernon Country Club!
This is a channeled meditation course created by Sanaya Romans and Duane Parker, two wonderful and very talented channelers. This information comes from the two Light Beings they channel called Orin and Daben. During the course you will have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through these guided meditations by learning how to move through personal issues within a few minutes, clear core issues quickly, raise the vibrations within yourself and your environment, gain clarity, discover your life path, learn vibrational self-healing, and more!
Awakening your light body can help you create states of inner illumination, mental clarity and an open heart. You can be more focused, mentally alert and physically vibrant, enabling you to see, sense or feel the expansive energies of the higher dimensions and make them part of your daily life.
Awakening your light body can improve your personal relationships and help develop your clairvoyant sight, psychic and healing abilities. Your heart will be more open and you will understand what it means to love as your higher self and soul. The energy centers that power the light body are definite and real. You can feel and work with them, creating positive and lasting results allowing you go higher, feel more balanced, stable, clearheaded, creative and gain new perspectives on life.For me, the continuing experience with the Awakening Light Body course has advanced my life beyond anything I could have imagined! This is traditional "Usui Method Reiki". With each class you will experience sacred attunements to clear and balance your chakras, imprint the Reiki symbols into your energy field, and raise your vibrations significantly. Reiki is taught in three levels.
Class Descriptions
Level I - This first class will include the history of Reiki, the first Reiki symbol, sacred attunements, and practice hand positions for giving a Reiki treatment. materials and book are included in the fee. This is a 2 day class. Lunch included.Fee: $100
Dates: Feb. 27 & 28
Time: 10 am - 3:30 pm
Location: TBDReiki II - This second class focuses on the ability to send Reiki long distance, how to "program" Reiki, as well as how to open and heal the physical, mental and emotional levels. Three additional symbols are given along with the sacred attunements. Materials and book are included in the fee. This is a 2 day class. Lunch is included.

Time: 10 am - 3:30 pm
Location: TBDReiki III - This third class is also the Master-Teacher level. In order to qualify for this level, you must be able to show the teacher that you know all of the symbols and their correct usage. You must also demonstrate to the teacher that you have given Reiki treatments to pre-determined amount of individuals. Once you qualify, you will be taught how to give the attunements to "pass" Reiki on to others. After this class you will be ready to teach Reiki. Materials and lunch included.
